bajlok Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an active account on bajlok, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, and not as a representative of a business, syndicate, or group.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, or affiliate of bajlok or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• You must not reside in or be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on bajlok or any affiliated platform.

bajlok reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including a government-issued identification document, proof of residential address, or proof of age — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

When registering for a bajlok account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not register using a false identity, a name other than your own legal name, or a Bangladeshi mobile number that is not registered in your name.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bajlok account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to exploit bonuses, circumvent a suspension, or for any other purpose — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts identified by bajlok will be closed, and any balance held within them may be forfeited at bajlok's discretion.

bajlok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• A valid Bangladesh Passport
• A valid Bangladesh Driving Licence
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) confirming your residential address
• A screenshot or confirmation of the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered to your account

Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with bajlok's Privacy Policy.

bajlok accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Additional payment channels, where available, will be listed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, although bajlok reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts based on responsible gaming assessments, risk management decisions, or compliance requirements.

Deposits are credited to your bajlok balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bajlok is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network outages. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from a mobile wallet held by another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating wallet.

Withdrawals from your bajlok account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to wallet matching rules. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bajlok targets a processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals, and under 20 minutes for Rocket and Upay, subject to normal operating conditions.

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld in any of the following circumstances:

• Your account KYC verification is incomplete or pending review
• Your account is currently under investigation for suspected fraud or policy violation
• You have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement — the bonus-derived portion of your balance is not withdrawable until wagering is complete
• The payment provider is experiencing a service disruption
• bajlok's compliance team has flagged the withdrawal for manual review under its Anti-Money Laundering procedures

bajlok reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above. This is a standard compliance measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

bajlok offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions published at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated on the bonus offer page.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity window. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from your balance without compensation.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific game categories (e.g., slots only, live casino only, or cricket betting only). Wagering on excluded game types will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on a player's account at any given time.
• No withdrawal of bonus principal: The bonus amount itself (as distinct from winnings generated from it) cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement is fully satisfied are withdrawable.

bajlok reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated tools, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith — will have their bonuses forfeited and may face permanent account suspension.

bajlok is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following self-management tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings page:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of your total session duration at regular intervals.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed without a formal reactivation review process.

bajlok strictly enforces its 21+ age restriction. Players who believe they may be developing a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to contact [email protected] for additional guidance. bajlok's support team is available 24/7 on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajlok platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to do so
• Using another person's account, credentials, or payment method
• Any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of bajlok to process funds of illegal origin
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in arbitrage betting with the primary intent to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a manner that exploits bajlok's odds rather than representing genuine speculative activity
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bajlok staff or other players via the support channel
• Providing false information at registration, during KYC, or in any communication with bajlok

bajlok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, to withhold and/or forfeit any balance held in such accounts, and to report relevant information to appropriate authorities where required by law.

All content on the bajlok platform — including but not limited to the bajlok brand name, logo, platform design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bajlok or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bajlok platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bajlok content without prior written consent from bajlok.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajlok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bajlok is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bajlok's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms. bajlok operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not claim licensing under any specific Bangladeshi regulatory body.

In the event of a dispute between you and bajlok, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. bajlok's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration in connection with any claim related to bajlok.

bajlok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to bajlok's Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully, as it describes how bajlok uses your personal information, how it is stored, and the circumstances under which it may be shared with third parties.

bajlok uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Your payment details are never stored in plain text on bajlok's servers. bajlok does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

bajlok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. The updated Terms will carry a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where material changes are made, bajlok will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file.

Your continued use of the bajlok platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure. bajlok will process any eligible balance remaining in your account following account closure.
